2. Services Provided

We offer professional man and van services including but not limited to:

• Residential moving
• Commercial relocation
• Packing and unpacking
• Furniture assembly and disassembly

2.1. Service Booking

Bookings can be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made as per the agreed schedule. We accept various payment methods including:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Cash Payments

3.1. Payment Schedule

Payments are to be made in the following manner:

• Deposit: A 25% deposit is required upon booking.
• Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon completion of services.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation made 7 days prior to the scheduled service: No Cancellation Fee
• Cancellation made within 7 days of the scheduled service: 50% Cancellation Fee
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of service: 100% of the service fee

5. Liability

Mikes Man and Van strives to handle all belongings with care. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages
• Items not properly packed by the customer
• Damage caused by natural disasters

5.1. Insurance Coverage

We offer optional insurance coverage for an additional fee. This covers loss or damage beyond our standard liability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

• Ensure all items are properly packed
• Provide accurate information regarding the number and size of items
• Be present during the move or appoint a representative

6.1. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being moved:

• Flammable materials
• Perishable goods
• Valuables like jewelry and cash

7. Changes to Terms

Mikes Man and Van reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mikes Man and Van operates.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
